My hubby is very health-conscious, he is all about you are what you eat. In a way he has influenced my lifestyle and diet. I used to be able to "drink" a can of condensed milk (that was how much I like sugar), but now I understand too much sugar in your system can actually cause inflammation in the body.​ 

 

So with that in mind, I try to keep things simple when it comes to cooking and/or baking. I like to use natural ingredients if I can and when I can. I also reduce the sugar in my baking.

 

My philosophy is to Keep Ingredients Simple and Savoury 😊 

 

一直以來我都很愛甜食,小時候其實可以喝掉一整罐的煉乳(現在想想自己都覺得不可思議!) 。但自從認識S先生後,慢慢才知道過多的糖其實會讓身體處在發炎的狀態(難怪痘痘從13歲開始就沒有停過)。飲食跟健康是有很大的關係,了解這點後,烹飪時我喜歡使用天然的食材,儘量不使用罐頭;甜點方面則是盡量將糖減半,或用蜂蜜取代白糖。希望以天然及簡單的食材保留食物的美味,讓大家在美食當前也能吃的健康一點。
